PLEASE HELP You have the power to narrow the distance between today's grim reality for kids with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and a future where no one is able to calculate the DMD life expectancy. Contributors will offer hope to thousands of children who suffer so much, and for whom so little has been done. VOLUNTEER / MAILING LIST If you would like to help us, you can volunteer by filling out our online Volunteer / Mailing List form. If you just want to be on our mailing list, please feel out the same form and indicate you are only interested in the mailing list. DONATIONS There are three ways to make a donation to the Foundation to Eradicate Duchenne
* Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the form. Download it for free. Corporate Matching Gifts Does the company you work for have a charitable Matching Gift program? Make double the difference! Be twice as generous! Feel two times as good! Let the company where you work match your contributions to FED. Ask the Human Resources Officer where you work if there is a charitable Matching Gift program (hundreds of companies—large and small—have one. Click here for a partial list). If the answer is "yes", ask for a Matching Gift Form and complete your portion. Include the form with your next gift to FED. That's all it takes to double the good you do!
